I must be up at 5:30 to start my work day so I know I'll never be able to run in the AM on a weekday (uh, no 4am wake up calls for this gal, TYVM). That race sounds great! I hope that the weather is okay for you or I hope that you enjoy running in the rain!macnichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13756849604085886005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-68951042234313184082009-06-17T09:37:42.833-04:002009-06-17T09:37:42.833-04:00Getting out of bed is definitely the hardest part....Getting out of bed is definitely the hardest part.

Have fun at the Nightcrawler tonight!Marlenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08230997094889375925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-65840664693364720292009-06-17T08:54:34.377-04:002009-06-17T08:54:34.377-04:00Nice going! That's an impressive distance to complete before the work day starts.

To answer your question from your comment on my blog I try and keep my heart rate under 140bpm on recovery runs.
