But not the showers that were forecast appear to be a more constant rain and I'm not sure whether I can do 18 miles in rain. I wondered whether you got yours in yesterday or whether you're pounding the lakefront as I type this!Marky Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00465497859724027212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-84691081174598395062008-07-17T19:54:00.000-04:002008-07-17T19:54:00.000-04:00It's a fine line between overtaining and aggressiv...It's a fine line between overtaining and aggressive training. You might want to back off a bit. I think you've made very good gains these past few months and you should be more than capable of running sub 3:10 come september. you don't want to risk getting injured before then. Now might be a good time for a cutback week.Arcanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11291146140722678535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-18630816551510528242008-07-17T13:58:00.000-04:002008-07-17T13:58:00.000-04:00Thanks for the weekend weather advice. Since I have a 10:30 am meeting I'd have to go early...but I can't see myself stretching and icing throughout the meeting so maybe it will wait until Saturday.Marky Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00465497859724027212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-2859461952691443242008-07-17T12:41:00.000-04:002008-07-17T12:41:00.000-04:00I have the same problem. But my legs generally are sore. I'm going to be away for over two weeks right in the peak training season but maybe cutting back quite a bit will be a good thing in terms of needed rest.

I also do have a particular type of sports massageMarky Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00465497859724027212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-45865935117285459702008-07-16T10:09:00.000-04:002008-07-16T10:09:00.000-04:00BE careful KENNY!! Seriously, weather is good now but you want to be able to enjoy it...

I really didn't like this sentence: "don't know about the rest of you, but I always find my feet and legs ache, particularly when i'm getting up out of bed or standing up.." my PF issues started that way! Take a rest and stretch well!!

Mommy Sonia out! lolSoniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15766375122022031029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-16079863927224043452008-07-16T00:51:00.000-04:002008-07-16T00:51:00.000-04:00I know that feeling well.I know that feeling well.Darrellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15217970340507557462noreply@blogger.com
