I do have a 5K planned about three weeks before marathon day that i'll use as a bench mark.yumkehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04326728444383668883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-45588899350616151682008-08-17T21:54:00.000-04:002008-08-17T21:54:00.000-04:00Kenny, this performance is sweet!! If it's slower than desired, don't push it to get it to where you'd want it to be; it will only make it worse at the end. If you feel you can go a bit faster, do so, but listen to your body and adjust accordingly.<BRQuinto Solhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04283639247091742074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-68050545403388153832008-08-17T10:03:00.000-04:002008-08-17T10:03:00.000-04:00Very well done!I totally agree with your observati...Very well done!

I totally agree with your observations from the standpoint of the back of the pack--at times I was on my own and it was very dark and tough to know where to go. The boardwalk, which I run quite a lot, seemed much more difficult to run on in the dark. They also ran out of water on the return bike path portion. I was glad to get it done and loved the spit portion but Marky Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00465497859724027212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20341995.post-61876181994322490142008-08-17T07:57:00.000-04:002008-08-17T07:57:00.000-04:00Great job! It's run on lakeshore up to woodbine and then returns.Arcanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11291146140722678535noreply@blogger.com
