Nine days until the marathon. Actually, it'll be eight in a few hours. I ran 5 miles today with 6x100 strides. Windy as hell -- 39 km/h. Averaged around 5 minute kilometres. I have a 12 miler on Sunday, then I'm down to five runs.
It's my 500th post since December, 2005.

ReplyDeleteIt was windy yesterday during my final 5 mile recovery and 6x100m strides... made for an intersting run. I had flash backs to Chicago last year...
