The 10 miler starts in less than two hours. The plan is to run it with effort, but not race it. This is unusual for me, but Fran reminds me that if I did today's race as per normal (race it), it'd be a 10 mile LT run. The thing to remember is I gotta stay true to the Pfitzinger plan - the goal of all of this training is the MCM in October.
