
Ran my preprogrammed run today of about 5.5K (more than 3 miles).

i like this tag thing. guess it only for bloggers. really at a motel at the tip of lake superior. that nice. funny i don't even chek the site of the place where i work. in fact, i never ever look at it. btw, i hate the word verification thing. and why does the blogospehere use illegible script?
