I skipped today's tempo run (6 at LT out of 11 miles) cause I really didn't have the energy to do a fast paced run. I also got up at 5 a.m. and felt pretty worn out. I ran a city route again, but my Garmin went wacko after I ran under a bridge so I lost my distance after 11K. But I ran it out and went for a 1:35ish run. In the end, I took 1:34 to do a little more than 11 miles (11.3, actually).
I have a rest day tomorrow, then I have an interesting weekend. An 18 miler on Saturday followed by a race on Sunday. I obviously will be worn out from the long run to run an optimal race (more on that in the next post) but it'll be a big running weekend.
