Oh yeah, the week in running

So much on the go that you'd forget I have a running blog. Week went pretty much exactly as planned.

Monday: 4 miles
Tuesday: 10 miles
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 4 miles
Friday: 3 miles
Saturday: 3 miles
Sunday: 11 miles

Weekly total: 35 miles (56K)
Year to date: 52 miles

This week's going to be a crapshoot. Not sure how it'll go down, but I gotta cram some miles in before I get to DC. I'm thinking something like:

Monday: 4 miles morning
Tuesday: 10 miles evening
Wednesday: 5 miles evening
Thursday: 3 miles morning before packing
Friday: 6 miles in DC (Mall, plus Tidal Basin)
Saturday: Will try for run but we'll have to see.
Sunday: At least 3 miles

Finally, I've been thinking a lot about the marathon program. I'm strongly leaning towards Mississauga Marathon on May 10. Gotta get some logistics out of the way first. Training would formally begin on February 16th.

Which means I can start planning out my March/April race schedule...

Another marathon.... you're getting addicted my friend!!! I wish my body would let me! Go for it!!! There's always Forest City that I ran in 2005, more low key but a great course.

I'm actually considering Mississauga as well, instead of the Bluenose the following week. I'd like to PR and everyone has a scary look in their eyes when I tell them about the Bluenose.
